Tucked away in the sleepy village of South Woodchester, our factory is home to a team of winemakers that now use their acute understanding of the adult palate to make beautiful soft drinks.

Kit and Shireen Morris established the company in 1989 with the dream of making English wine from the locally abundant elderflowers.

However, the couple adapted their plans and instead used their winemaking expertise to produce non-alcoholic drinks from the finest ingredients and using traditional production techniques.

A natural spring rises beneath the factory and draws rainfall from aquifers below the Cotswold Hills. This spring produces water of exceptional purity and forms the basis for all of our drinks.

Now the company’s range of cordials, sparkling pressés and spritzers are enjoyed across the UK and in many countries around the world. The drinks are much loved for their unique blend of intense flavours and are equally praised for the stunning glass bottles that make them so distinctive.
