Fish In A Box go to market daily and take the pick of the best from many UK coastal ports and from overseas. This means that if fish supply or quality from one port is poor they have the choice from many more. They are based just outside Newport in Shropshire and owned by business partners Fiona Asson and John Perry

Fish deliveries Tuesday to Saturday. No fish on a Monday!

Always ready to help just email or phone them with any questions or queries you have about fish, storing, preparing or cooking.

Fiona

Spends most of her time on the phone and internet thinking up new ideas and making work for other people. Answers queries about anything to do with cooking fish.

John

The fishmonger, knows his fish inside out and sometimes his delivery route.

Gill

Keeps the office running... taking and processing orders, part time delivery driver, fish packer and in her spare time looks after all the money matters.

Charlie

Knows his delivery routes and is very nice to customers.
