At Wenlock Edge Farm all of our award winning products are carefully created from our small herd of British pigs, reared in the Shropshire countryside.
Established over 25 years ago, we have used traditional methods of butchery and curing to ensure that our product range utilises the whole pig. These steps have helped us achieve ethically produced, high quality and delicious food ranging from traditional sausages, bacon, hams and black pudding to continental style salamis' and air dried meat.
We are a small company employing local people who care about the food that carries our label and the customer service that we provide.
