Description
3 birds in one joint, starting with a pheasant then a duck and finally a turkey. Each bird is deboned and layered with a stuffing mix that complements the contrasting 3 birds. The turkey legs are left on which gives it the appearance of a very plump turkey. Carving is a doddle , there are no bones in the body of the joint, just a delicious blend of meat and flavours. This joint will easily feed 10 adults and could feed up to 15 people – can be eaten cold if you don’t finish it the first time! Sensational meal that has a real wow factor!
