Free range from Brisbourne’s near Nescliffe, Shropshire. You can see them from the A5 as you drive West of Shrewsbury – running around in open fields. The Brisbourne’s have developed a reputation for a meaty bird that has the right balance of fat to meat. This bird is rapidly increasing in popularity, thanks to great farmers like the Brisbournes, now you can eat a bird that was once the most popular of all Christmas day meals.
Number of servings
A 10lb goose will serve between 6 and 8 people.
A 12lb goose will serve between 8 and 10 people.
A 13lb goose will serve between 10 and 12 people.
