The baby version of the ultimate three bird roast! Introduced for the first time last year and proved hugely popular.
3 birds in one joint, starting with a duck stuffed with a turkey and finally a guniea fowl . Each bird is deboned and layered with a stuffing mix that complements the contrasting 3 birds. The duck's legs are left on which gives it the appearance of a very plump bird. Carving is a doddle , there are no bones in the body of the joint, just a delicious blend of meat and flavours. This joint will easily feed 6 adults and could feed up to 8 people – can be eaten cold if you don’t finish it the first time! Sensational meal that has a real wow factor!
