Description
A slender variety of broccoli with long stalks and small purple flower heads. Serve cooked as an accompanying vegetable dressed with melted butter or a drizzle of olive oil; the leaves heads and stalks are all edible. Also good in a stir fry.

An excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, folate, and dietary fibre, and a very good source of manganese, tryptophan, potassium, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), phosphorus, magnesium, and protein.
